I'm submitting this review on TripAdvisor after looking for a place on Hyatt's website and only finding phone numbers (which I think is somewhat par for the course for hotel brands). Maybe I've just received exceptional service at other. Breakfast starts at 6:30, but I have to leave at 4:40 at other properties they've given me a credit or the option for grabbing something to go, but they didn't offer anything. There is no lounge at this property, which is making me really regret not staying at the Renaissance across the street.

There was nothing about a lounge (which I got in Hawaii) or free breakfast (which I get everywhere.) so had to call and ask. There are no perks for being Globalist other than I got a corner room.

And while I have their top tier status, I often am disappointed, particularly by their Hyatt Regency properties. After making lifetime status with Marriott a few years ago, I've been trying out Hyatt. That happened to me tonight, and instead of staying at the Marriott or Renaissance by Reagan, I decided to stay at the Hyatt Regency. Part of traveling every week means you sometimes have to deal with spending the night at an airport hotel. I am adding this for all you fellow weekly business travelers out there who may be looking for a quick hotel when your flight is cancelled.
